For those of you suffering the 1017 or world full error, I have found a solution for you.
Shutdown your computer and walk outside for a moment. If you look up and see the sun, enjoy a day outside. If you don't know what that is because you never see it, it's that bright thing in the sky that will burn your eyes when you look at it.
If you don't see the sun, it is probably night time or cloudy. If you see a big roundish thing in the sky that doesn't burn your eyes, that's the moon and it's night time.
For those of you that it is day time, there are many solutions for you.
Start putting one foot in front of the other and go for a walk. If you can't walk, then go for a roll or hobble. Whichever it may be.
If you have a dog, take it to the park and play.
If you don't have a dog, go to the park and play with someone else's.
You could go to a store and look at all the stuff you'll be ignoring later when the game is finally stable enough for everyone to play.
You could go hang out with some friends, if you happen to have some that are actually not in the game. If you only have them in game, you could go out and find some.
For those of you that it is night time, there are even some solutions for you.
You could get some sleep that you've been lacking while fighting with this game.
For those of you who don't know where to sleep, you will normally find a big flat surface that has some give to it. On top of it are some rectangular/rounded plushy things. Those are pillows and you normally put your head on them and lay on that flat surface which is called a bed.
For those of you who refuse to take any of this advice, then the only solution I have for you is patience. Despite what it may seem like, they ARE working on fixing this problem. From my estimate, it is not a simple software fix where they tell it to allow more people. I'm guessing here, but I believe we all started overloading the hardware and they're waiting on replacement parts at the moment to allow for us all to play. Otherwise it wouldn't be taking as long as it is.
