It's not that underwhelming, it's a LVL1 earring and it gives a good boost for really early levels, it's like the Asuran Armguards for the ears. Can be used for a bunch of levels (compare stats to other low level earrings to see what I mean.) Plus it's detailed moogles that hang from your ears attached to your ears by it's ball (on top of it's head,) what more can ya ask for? lol
