Playing the game with friends on the same server

So I bought this game so I could play with friends, I don't know how I'm expected to do that when we can't even create a character on the same server. I was lucky enough to get on a EU server but not the same one as my friends, which to be honest kills the experience and that's not including all the other technical issues this game is having. Will this ever be resolved? How are SE going to accommodate for this and compensate for people who have been left in the dust by their small character caps on servers? I paid money for a multi player experience I can share with friends not one to play on my own in isolation, if I can't do that then I certainly haven't got what I paid for.

It`s ok even if you are on a server with your friends you all can`t play because there is no waiting list on who can enter the game... it`s RUSSIAN ROULETTE! That`s right 1 of your friends will be chosen at random to log in while the other two must spend hours trying to log in to play with you. Seriously it`s a great strategy for team play. Right now my husband is playing and I can`t... I`ve been trying to log in for 2 hours and he logged in within 20 minutes of trying. So for those out there trying to log in... good luck... because that`s all it is... is luck.
