    I'm pretty sure everyone is getting the issue, and I suggest upmost patience in the problem being solved. I would say this was to be expected from game release but that would just be White Knight speak.

    Just calm down and wait, besides, I'm sure everyone has other things to do.

    Yes people probably do have other things they can do but that's not the point. People are trying to get access to something they have paid to have access to. I know it's launch, I know there will be issues. The problem is the lack of accurate information for all of the problems that people are having at the moment. It feels like we're being given the run around and that really sucks.
