Unable to get EU/NA World List

so i start up the game and the start button is grayed out, it dissconnects me.
then i start the game up again, start button works now, but it cannot retrieve characters and says the NA/Eu world list is down.

my character is on Ultros

Exactly the same problem here. been like it for me for atleast an hour or so now.
