    Can't Update NA servers but they're up?

    On my Final Fantasy XIV ARR character log in screen it says that NA/EU servers are unable to update character list. Yet when I check Lodestone and arrstatus.com, it says those servers are online so what gives?
    I'm on PS3 so is it just a PS3 thing? I don't understand how I can't connect to them yet their all online.

    I don't think the server statuses actually update in real time. It's like someone just pasted a jpeg into the link. Servers are always online...even when they aren't.
