I definitely understand the frustration that stems from this when it happens. However, from a design standpoint, when you reach 100% and your durability simultaneously hits zero there is no way to maintain the finished product, and the durability takes precedence. The best advice I can give is train, train, train so you can tackle those tough crafts without having an epic last minute struggle at the very end.

I rip the axe from the head Covered in blood and brains Leave the body lying dead Ready to strike again
My sword cuts through clothes and skin Like a hot knife cuts through snow I smile as the bastard screams When I twist my sword
Sword in my hand Axe on my side Valhalla awaits me Soon I will die Bear skin on my back Wolf jaw on my head Valhalla awaits me When I'm dead

    Viking Job Please!

We get that but look at it like real life. If you use make a 100% complete shirt made of cloth.. and you run out of material at 100%.. you're good. The only way it makes sense is if you run out of material at 99%, that is the case where you don't have a finished product at the end. So we need to either change the programming to never reach 100%, or change it so 100% takes precedence.

it makes sense you ever finish making something and it was just unusable at the end?
same theory here yes the items is done but its just crap so garbage it goes.

Bayohne my question is with all these bothced synths, where do all the garbage items go?

No but crafting subs help a tonne. The GLD skills are awesome for HQing while the CRP skills are awesome for success. Other crafts have good ones too like TAN and ALC.

100% complete means 100% complete. This really should be changed.

    Not always

Im making a bowl, and ai complete it(with 0 durability)
maybe this means it has an unfixable huge crack or hole in it

its still a bowl, but its unusable

maybe you finish your sword and its blade wont stay in the hilt, or various other things

but 0 durability means its a fail even if you completed the progress on making it itsewlf, an unfixable flaw thats ruined it
