Missing main quests

since the lvl 15 quest : the gridanian envoy, i haven't seen anymore main quests.
could anybody tell me where the next one should be.?

You could try going to the inn in Gridana and see if they have anymore quests for you. It was supposed to give you a follow up quest called Call of the Sea: Speak with Baderon at the Drowning Wench in Limsa Lominsa.

I was having the same problem. Found the solution on another post that was way down the list of hits. Here is how to fix it.

OK I found it, in the only place no-one recommended me to go, so for anyone else who may have the issue. Go to Gridania and look in Old Gridania / Nophicas Alter (bottom left of map) Would recommend trying all the town leaders too, seems it can be any of them

i tried going to baderon and serpent officer, but none of them had a quest ready for me.
i also went the the 3 cities but couldn't find anything for the main quest line.

the next main quest should be in Limsa Lominsa. you will start gaining access to dungeons.

Got the same problem at lv 25... And can´t even fix it atm since the servers is full
