Okay so I cant play on the NA server since second day of EAccess because I have not been able to get in and play around any normal times because the servers are full.
So I created characters on a Japan server to be able to at least play and now that server is 1017 World full at 12am Sunday in Japan time!!! Now you are enchroaching on the free time I paid for when pre-ordering and faithfully bought your Software!!! SE needs to allot additional free time to subscribers now!!!
This is ridiculous in 25 years of playing numerous MMOs including the first FF I have never seen this duration of constraint on viability to play. I have seen queues and full servers but never to the extent of not having been able to play for days on end.
I am truly about fed up and ready to call Amazon and demand a refund on our copies!!! This is not an inconvenience anymore its an insult to your players and an embarassment.
What does it take to add a basic function around AFK timeouts!!! Are you guys just that amateur in this business to realize that it will help fed up players!!! Wake up no matter what you do next week and I don't truly believe it will solve your problems fully you NEED TO ACT NOW before another weekend is lost to players.

11:42PM Addendum: If you have bought your software from Amazon I just spoke to a member of their leadership team.....they have heard so much complaints around this that they are looking into the possiblilty of offering an exception to their refund policies and refunding software paid for....They will contact me next week with their final position on this but I was told by a senior person that they have never seen such a large degree of complaints around a piece of software and feel that they do need to examine an override of their policy to give refunds to players.....If you bought from them call Amazon speak to a supervisor and complain so they rule on giving refunds next week by their leadership.
