The characters have like 3 voice actors only atm. And i'd be satisfied if these were talking most of the time...no need to be like FFXIII where they never shut up, but i'd like to see some chatting. IMO:

    - Auto-translate should be voiced
    - Characters should do more than groan.
    - Sounds should match the animations (If the same animation will be used then all vouces should do the same...specially at /cheer and /lauch the sound doesn't fit the animation if the voice is differecnt of voice 1)
    - As future content, would be nice having musical notes for singing (just like FFXI had notes for bell). Phonetic dictionary would, even to its almost utopic, be the best voice content ever. You being able to build custom text with it would just be awesome to extreme levels (and if we also get some tone mixing to be able to do variations like whisper and yells, it would be even better). But i don't think this would ever happen...its far ahead of the current quality level the dev team seens to be interested right now...for this dev team, having a mediocre quality auto-translate dictionary seens to be already good enough. :/

The actual dialogue itself wouldn't have to be voiced, but it would be nice to have a few simple greeting phrases like other MMOs.
Yea even free to play games (Allods Online) these days have fully voiced quest logs and storylines, I would expect an SE game to have the same.

Hell even Everyquest 2 had almost 100% voiced quests.
