To the people who are logged in overnight

Hey guys while we get fixes on the loging issues and sever congestion issues why don't the people who just keep logged in (you know who you are) do the rest of us a favor and just log out while you're not playing and let the rest of us experience the game.

there is no bazzar and no reason to really stay logged in, right now it's just so you won't get the infamous 1017. but maybe things will go a little smoother while the fixes come if we all put in our little effort to alliviate the congestion.

next time I log in im not login out. I paid for this years ago no chance im waiting 2hours to get in every time I wanna play. why cant they have open severs and let us pick a empty one.

I can agree with this. I've seen a lot of people in game talking about never logging off. "I've been online for three days!" and such. It's selfish. And what people fail to realize is one of the reasons they're even having so much trouble getting in is because everyone is just as selfish as they are.

The way I see it if you're done, log off. Save your electric bill, let other people play, and get a little rested exp. Everyone wins.

Why log off when you then have to spend hours trying to log on? Sure, you're preventing people from logging in as you're taking up space but that is all down to SE looking at the figures for P3 > P4 and thinking "what? We're expecting over 200,000 people? Nah, we're going to have about 20,000 tops"

I love the justification for staying logged in while afking for hours at a time: "Well, I get frustrated when I can't play for hours at a time..." Welcome to the club? The difference is mostly that some of us can handle it like adults, and some of us are still apparently children.

everyone doesnt win, because next time they try to get online, world could very well be full for the entire time they have to play...but if they dont log out, the next time they have time to play, they can...

sorry, but until there is a way to always be able to play when i actually have time to play, i will take whatever steps i can to ensure i can play when i have time to play...

becuse if all just stays on NOBODY NEW can log back in.

also as a side note most ppl from the same place(time zone) are done work/school the same time so it will always be conquest in that time room so log in before or a wile after is the best.

No ... everyone does not win, the person logging off loses when they decide they want to play again and can't. While it could be construed as selfish it is also within the realm of what is allowed. SE could have implemented a proper queuing system or they could have implemented a proper AFK system, they didn't. As an end user my hands are tied, if i want a semi-reliable way to ensure i can play the game I paid for then staying logged in is the best option right now.

As an adult, personally, I don't have all the free time in the world. I have some play time at night and if im lucky some time on the weekends. So why would I want to spend that free time spamming 0 when I could be playing? Perhaps justified selfishness, due to lack of options.

Hopefully the AFK kick will be implemented soon and will help to smooth things out. I don't really fear logging out as I havent seemed to have much trouble getting on, my longest wait so far has been about 10 minutes but I also mostly log in early in the morning. Still, spamming 0 got me on to the server in peak hours last night in a little under 10 minutes. Maybe I've just been extremely lucky thus far.

You've been EXTREMELY lucky thus far. I've been trying to log in for about 4 hours now. Its rainy outside so there's nothing better to do but read my novel while I try to login.

I'm pretty disappointed but there is that post from the director saying new servers are currently being tested and should be ready to go by early next week...
