Let's see ... 1st I can't log in with my original password on my original Square Enix account because you guys somehow screwed it up and I can't create a new one because although your site tells me my email is currently in use, it also tells me it doesn't have my email on file so it can't send me the reset password email ... Then I can't log in for days because the servers are full ... NOW it says it can't load my character list, so I can't log in with the character I created during early access.

You guys should get your heads out of your asses.
