does anyone know how to get support for this issue?

I pre-ordered the physical collectors edition of the game and received a out of region pre-order code and my account is a north American account. ive had people offer to trade me codes but im weary as im not sure if this violates the T's & C's of SE.

my question is does anyone know how to get to SE chat support? ive called them for days and the number never stops being busy until they close, I tried email support and never heard back.

so.. can anyone help me figure out how to get to chat support please? I just want my pre-order items I literally bought another copy of the CE for ARR just for those items and to have an unsealed copy.. im 1.0 CE legacy.
