PLEASE HELP! CAN'T LOG IN *REGISTRATION CODE*

So I been playing the game now, love it! but now all of a sudden it's asking me for my registration code again.. well I can't use mine because it's in use already!. I would love to play the game, tech support doesn't answer emails so now I'm trying this.

It's simple... my log in launcher is asking for my registration code AGAIN and now I cant play because my code is in use by me when I first used it.

If you purchased the game at SE look at your e-mail in spam for any message from webhelp.v4. Must have two in the box and one of them will have the code to use.

ok I did buy it from SE. Im in the webhelp.v4 email, but I don't understand the next part.. what am I looking for? there is a next code there but it doesn't work because it isn't long enough..

Check your spam folder if the one your trying is dated before the 27th.

good luck they sent all my collectors edition items an time to a service account , i dont even use . talked to customer support after i waited on hold for three hours they told me i would be able to play in two days.Waiting to see.

this webhelp.v4 isn't helping with anything and yes I pre-ordered the game so it's before Aug.27th...

I don't think the date matters, if you preordered from Square Enix it should be in your email. My early access was in my main inbox. The newer more recent registration key was in my SPAM folder. It should be there if you preordered from Square Enix
