    Time: Somewhere around 16:00pm GMT+8 (31/08/2013)
    Frequency: First time happening
    World name: Tonberry
    Character name: Yoshuka Hideaki
    Class/Level: Archanist / 28
    Party or solo: solo
    Area and coordinates: New Gridania
    Steps:
    1. Was moving out from new Gridania
    2. Game disconnected during loading screen
    3. Tried to login back and get 3102 - Character already ingame message
    4. Still happening for 4 hours now

    I've created ticket as well for this 2672728

    many ppls in JP have same bug and cant play now but sup team did no response yet.
    seems they are holyday so we have to wait until monday lol

    Not according to SE Support page. This is quoted from there

    Due to the current volume of tickets, the Square Enix Support Centre will be open on Saturday, 31st of August and Sunday, 1st of September.
