Hello, last week during early access I had the same issue with the invalid account glitch many others experienced on the first 2 days then it seemed resolved as I was finally able to login. However When I did this my Phase 4 Beta character was missing. It doesn’t show on the account management screen either but it does still apparently exist as it is on my friends social lists and the lodestone here.

I read something about people having registered accidentally to the wrong account somehow or it glitched, but I don’t believe that’s the case as this is the same account I used during beta and for everything. Under select a service I only see the 1 option as well here is exactly what it says.

It shows my other character (not the missing one) on the Japanese server but not my other on Leviathan U.S. I submitted a support ticket a week ago and haven’t heard back ( I did get an automated message saying they received it a couple days later though), I’m sure the support centers are flooded with people having problems as well but I could really use some help fixing this so I can play with my friends on Leviathan. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it, or even if someone could give me the phone support number for the U.S Square Enix (I can’t seem to find it anywhere) I would be most appreciative. Thank you for your time.
