    Didn't get my Collector's Edition items.

    I have 1.0 collector's edition, but never received 2.0 collector's edition items ever since the game was released. Emailed support 5 times for the past weeks and being ignored.

    So, yeah wtf!?

    What does it say in the Mogstation under the "Other Received Bonus Items" section? Have you check your moogle mail in game? (Do you have a small "message waiting" envelope in top right corner of the screen left of the signal icon?)
