Where can we buy some higher level food for lv30+ area?

I only know there's one in starting area and one near camp drybone..

Are there better ones I can buy from higher towns?

Quite a lot of the higher level food is crafted with the "Culinarian" class, to learn the class go to Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks to the guild found there.
