    many ppls in JP have same bug and cant play now but sup team did no response yet.
    seems they are holyday so we have to wait until monday lol

    Not according to SE Support page. This is quoted from there

    Due to the current volume of tickets, the Square Enix Support Centre will be open on Saturday, 31st of August and Sunday, 1st of September.
