This thread was intended for Tech Support>>> Tech support and I am expecting either a CR or SE rep to address this issue to me and clear the water for those like me who:

Preordered the standard or CE for the PS3, registered for the early access, entered and registered their 12 digit code through SONYs PSN and can't seem to log in with the PS3 client.

SE says,

No Valid or active service account is available to play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

In order to play Final Fantasy XIV:A Realm Reborn, you must first purchase the digital download from the Playstation Store or register a product code.

*Users participating in early access must also complete registration by August 30,2013.

To complete registration, please first close the game client, then access the Final Fantasy:Mog Station through the internet browser found on the XrossMediaBar.

i fixed it
the 12 digit code was good
what looked like a "0" or a "O" was actually a "D" ...

I didn't go off and registration code off a sales receipt, it was a 12 digit code off the game manual. Early access is over, needed to enter the physical copy.
