To Square Enix: Please be serious about making a good MMO experience

You did an admirable job remaking the game contents, but the current network experience is appalling and detrimental to this relaunch of your very important franchise.

My current experience of the game can be wrapped up as:
- World is full (cannot create character in friend's server)
- World is full (cannot make multiple characters on same server)
- World is full (boot to menu)
- Unable to update Group Character List
- You are in queue: #60
- 3~4 hours of good gameplay
- Random crash / boot out of game
- Your character is being logged out (famous 3102, boot to menu, lasts several hours)
- Unable to connect lobby servers (shutdown)

Fortunately I bought V1.0 (which I stopped playing in 3hrs because it gave me a headache), so I am playing ARR for free. But if you want to make this a sustainable business, you really need to fix your network problems, fast.
