Registration code already used (Pc)

So just 2 days ago i finally figured out this cluster fuck and managed to log on and get to level 8. Today i log in. and it says i need to enter my registration code again. i enter it and it says its already been used. Why cant i play the dam game. why is there a new problem right after the old one is fixed.

i have been playing since beta, i try to log in today and it asks for my registration code but says it is already used. i look in "mog station" it shows my characters, platform as "none" account status as Inactive but shows i have my preorder stuff and now i cant play at all. I was seriously playing yesterday and now i cant do anything. i even added crysta to my account to see if i needed to pay something even tho we should get 30 days free. i dunno what the heck is goin on with this game but it is really starting to piss me off and i dont want to buy the dang game again just to play.

Not sure where you guys purchased your games from, but depending on where (Amazon, Gamestop, etc) this thread I wrote may help you, I ran into some similar problems actually activating my account to get my collector's edition items. There is a good possibility you guys simply haven't located your keys that are posted on the website you purchased from. Often times they didn't arrive in emails at all, but must be accessed on the actual website you purchased from. Oh yes, my purchase key was registered, and then I received another key from SE and then entered it for FFXIV. But now, like the others, I can't login. I'm asked for my registration key, and when entered, it says key already registered. So many people don't understand this problem we are having. I did contact the Customer Support, but they will take time to reply.

Thanks to beckonthepaining, I did check Amazon and got my new game code.
