It really not as bad as you make it to be. FATE happens very often, they do give good xp. Levequest you can spam between FATEs. Early level dungeons give you 30-25k xp for a roughly 30-45 mnts run. You can do FATE and Guildleve while waiting for duty finder. You can also complete the hunting log which is very easy and give decent xp. Between those 3 things as your main source of xp, lvlng your other jobs are a lot less painful. You can also team up of 3-4 people and grind mob that are 4-5 lvls above you for 200-300 xp and keep the chain going while farming.
