Not happy with game...

I have been excited about this game for a while especially when I heard it was coming out two days after my birthday here in NA. I was even more happy when I got excepted to beta test the game for free. However now having purchased the game and am still seeing not only the same errors from the era test but more over I can't play my own game when I want to. I have been playing FF since I was 5 I got the FF2 for Super Nintendo also for my birthday so I was really excited to pick back up on yhr game I haven't been able to play since FF10. I would just like to know what is going on with this game and what you plan on doing to make it better because as of now the game doesn't seem worth the money I spent on it let alone the money you're expecting me to pay for it. I know that it is not easy the work put into this game but at least I believe it should have been more ready then this before its release. So far I have had this game for 5 days made 3 characters because one of the servers are always down and I can't load a character so I create a new one expecting I chose an over populated world but having it still happen with the third character which I can't even finish because guess what servers are down world wide. I am hope for some good new and a reply to my comment or I will be returning the game and telling the people I've been prompting the game to not bother with it. Pick a Japanese server. The connection is good enough and I've always been able to enter. Then just wait until the NA/EU servers are up to par and go back to them
