    I accidentally register a code on the same account.

    I was going to helping a friend register when I entered the code on the website and just realized I was log in on my account and now the code is register on my account. I currently now possess two FFXIV accounts. Please help me solve my problem.

    Unfortunately it says it'll take up to 2 weeks to change, but that's the only way to do it

    Edit: I just realised it also says "We are only able to provide assistance if the account information for the mistakenly registered Square Enix ID and the intended Square Enix ID match. " which sounds like it won't be the case for you so not sure they'll do anything to help You can try though!
