Hotbars w/controller Issue

I found that to be a bit of a "culture shock" when I played ACN in OB. It didn't take long to adapt to R1+button/d-pad for switching, though. It would be nice if I could use the same old method as with other classes, but I can't think of a better way to access the pet bar. Sure, you could add the pet abilities to your own hotbar sets, but they are different for each pet. With that in mind, I do think the pet bar is the better solution.

You CAN access other hotbars while your pet it out. You have to hold R1 (RB for the non-ps3 users) and press one of the face or d-pad buttons. Each button/d-pad corresponds to a different hotbar.

As for hotbars not changing with your class, it's an option in your char config. By default, a certain number of hotbar sets are "shared" - meaning they stay the same for all classes. If you don't want this to happen (if you want more hotbars to change when you change classes), go into your char config and stop them from being shared.
