Registration code already used (Pc)

Oh yes, my purchase key was registered, and then I received another key from SE and then entered it for FFXIV. But now, like the others, I can't login. I'm asked for my registration key, and when entered, it says key already registered. So many people don't understand this problem we are having. I did contact the Customer Support, but they will take time to reply.

Thanks to beckonthepaining, I did check Amazon and got my new game code.
