Need help on leveling especially Side quests.

Hello I'm currently a new player I would like to ask if I can do Side Quests that are available outside Ul'dah. Right now I'm level 24 Pugilist and my Main Story Quests brings me to the other two towns Gridania and Limsa Lominsa and there are a lot of Side Quests in my level range like level 22-23 side quests, my question is can I do them or do I just take Side Quests on Ul'dah's region which is the City State for Pugilists coz right now I'm afraid to take them because I'm not sure if I will be able to take them again when I try to level up other classes that are in the City State of Gridania and Limsa Lominsa in the future.

well i mean u might as well take em get ur main to 50 then worry bout rest later but to answer ur question no u cant do them again but if uc ome across them and they are ur lv from here on out i'd just take em or u will end up sitting around because ur lv will be to low to take the next main mission

Oh i see.. Thanks for your help that's what I'm also thinking coz right now I'm closing to my Main Quest level unlike before when I pick up lots of side quests there's a 3 level gap between me and my main story quest.
