PSN Registration Code doesn't work.

So I've been playing the beta and pre ordered my copy of the game so I had early access game time. The Early Access Finished on the 30th of August. I get on Today trying to play then It won't allow me I have the hard-disk for my PS3, I try inputting the 12 digit registration code(XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) under Redeem Codes on the PSN. The Code doesn't work and Now I can't even get online, Help please. Also please don't tell me if it's a Sony issue because I went through a support chat and they told me to contact Square Enix, but they are flooded with Tickets. This happened to me but my code worked and its currently re-installing. So after it finishes i hope it works.

I have that issue too. I was on chat with them for 4 hrs to get new code just so it can crap out again... Been waiting for replay from support for tickets almost 3 days and still nothing...

The funny thing is that their support says that the code is PSN's Issue but I contacted Sony and they relayed me back to SE support and they are bombed with tickets that they deleted the ones from 48 hours ago.

A stranger thing is that when I go to (na.square-enix.com/us/account) and log into my SE account it actually shows that I have registered for the game twice (once on my preorder date and once today) I assume with the new product registration code in the physical disc copy. Did you all get a PSN code in the physical disc copy? Mine is just a SE code and I think the problem is that the two accounts are linked. (although it says it is on SE's web page -- (http://na.square-enix.com/us/profile/edit/accounts)

On your 12 digit code if there is a 0"zero"or an O"oh" it might actually be a D"dee" instead even if it does not look like a D"dee". But don't keep trying to redeem your code to many time in a row or you will be locked out for 24hrs.

I don't have a 12 digit code -- the only code I got was in the case -- is an SE code that is 18 digits. When entered on SE's website I only get preorder codes from SE that fit into the PSN code boxes.

You sir are a tru life saver better than any SE support agent! My code worked their font printing is horrible! Thx again.

Scratch that Now Patch won't download... Ugh this game and it's flaws!

Same problem, I'm thinking mine is the problem with psn region and the code? - not even sure if it matters at this stage to be honest >.>

I've sent in a ticket now I'm just waiting and hoping for a new code to replace it.
