Noire is a hardcore endgame (NA/EST) linkshell looking to fill its last two slots with 1.0 veterans. At this time we are only looking for established Legacy members. We are more than willing to accept your applications regardless of your progress but we will heavily prioritize Legacy members.

Are you looking for cutting edge meta-gaming with smart, intelligent and independent players?
