The Laucher is Asking for Serial Again

I input the redeemed serial, and says its in USE ALREADY. This happened today morning, and havent being fixed yet.

Any body knows how to fix this?

yea what is going on with this? ive been playing since early access and tonight when i logged in , its asking me to enter everything all over again. Its not letting me log in until i enter all the information again.

I think we were suppose to receive a different serial number for the actual game maybe? The Serial we got was for early access.

I wanted to come home and hit Lv 30 and get my scholar but I guess I don't own the game now as Square Enix now says my account is inactive and they want a registration code again.

I've been having the same problems as well. I bought the game through gamestop and they sent me a different registration code. I typed that in and it work as well as linked the early access code with the one i just entered!

you are putting in your 20 digit Early Access code...that ended 8/29. You'll need the actual 20 digit product code now. It should be in/on your box or manual if you got physical product, emailed if you got it as a download from someone like SE or Amazon, or available in your download/install app if you got it from someone like Gamestop as a digital download.

I didnt get an email with a registration code, customer support is closed till Monday. What to do?

Same happened to me and my brother tryied logging today and says my account isnt activated ive been playing sense early start also....

If you got it from Amazon, it should be available if you log in to your account and check your purchase or download history. Forget the layout of their system. For Gamestop, have to load their app and there will be an icon for product codes for preorder and official release that will give a popup with your codes. For SE, think you have to contact Digital River and retrieve your order details or something at their site.

Basically, go back to who you got it from and retrieve your code through their system, usually by checking your purchase/download history.

SE deleted my guy off the server also i cant even log onto the lodestone.
