AF X2 Armor Quest Warning

Just a heads up, I've posted this in Tech Support, Bug Reports, In-Game Tickets, and GD forums, and no hits, but I figured it may spare someone else from running into this same issue.

If you already have all your AF armor and are re-doing the quests... MAKE SURE you have your current AF armor on you when doing the gathering part and not in your armories in your inn room.

If it is in your inn room, you will end up getting a duplicate set, and you cannot drop, discard, or get rid of the second set in any way.

I've gotten no support in getting rid of the duplicate sets, so I've effectively lost my inventory slots that the duplicate sets are taking up now.

Just a heads up for everyone redoing these quests before you end up doing the same thing.

From what I understand, if you put both of the same piece in the armoire in the inn, the duplicate will disappear

Attempted that, it won't let me. Gives you the error of there already being an unique item in that container.

Did this pretty early on though, so maybe they have adjusted it, will give it another shot when I am able to log back in.

lvl 45 - boots,gloves,head,legs - quest probably involves just fetching quest items to get.
lvl 50 - chest - quest could involve travel to high level area, and/or duty fight.

If you plan on doing your relic quest, yes. You have to have completed all class/job quests. Which means repeating the job ones for those of us who did it in 1.xx

Attempted this again, verified that it doesn't let you add the duplicate set to the armoire since there is already a set in there.

I put in a bug report on this when it happened, and reported it with the support desk in game linking the URL of the bug report. They responded with a copy/paste message suggesting that I submit a bug report.... So if this happens to you there isn't a lot of hope to get it resolved right away.

Yea, contacted the in-game support desk in game 3 times now, with a link to my bug report on the forums, their response was to "please visit our forums and fill out a bug report.... every time.
