Unable to log in at all, cannot register: Code already entered

I pre-ordered the digital download long before they restricted access to it. They charged my credit card long ago. I've been able to log in and play all throughout early access without issues, however when I went to log in just now it says:

The following steps are required in order to play FFXIV: Register for a Square Enix account or Enter your Registration code

I already entered these about a week before early access started, BOTH the Preorder code and the game code. I have them both, including order number, etc.

When I then try to log in it tells me This code has already been registered


When I go to the Realm Reborn website I am able to log in and go to my services page, where it says this:

FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account.

So, I try to click Add PC Service which brings me to a page saying:

Account Type: None
Subscription: Inactive
Payment Method: None
Number of Characters: 1 Character（1）

At the bottom is a spot that tells me to enter my code, but upon entering both either my preorder or game codes it tells me my codes have already been registered, which I did like I said, a few weeks ago.

So, I am able to click the Register/Update Payment method and enter in my CC information, it tells me it successfully went through and that my subscriptions are up to date, etc. However on my main account page it says:

Square Enix ID myidthatihave
Registration Status Not registered


Seriously what the hell... I'm getting really PO'd at all this. Am I missing something?

I'm having this same problem :/ I submitted an email ticket to SE since the support phoneline has a more than 3 hour wait time on average right now...

What the hell is goin on...I can deal with not being able to log in for queues because of a newly launched game..But this, this is just not acceptable.

I am having the same problem. I sent an e-mail to se this morning but tonight it is still the same problem. 12 hours later. I paid for early access and now they are making me start over? What crap. This is the worst launch ever.

the launcher asks to input the serial once again, but when you do says its in use, its been more than 17 hours. G i pre ordered to have a little gap, but well well
