    Charged for a copy I didn't order

    I received a mobile alert that I purchased a copy of FF14 AAR for 29.99 when I do NO such thing.
    I've made one purchase of the game which was collectors edition back in june.

    Please see to this matter.

    Make sure its just not a pre auth... You can check with your bank i know my ccard shows ghost charge /pre auth then the actual transaction..
