    Registration code already used.

    I've been playing the game since beta phase 3. I was in the Early Access. For some reason, when I tried to log in just now, it's treating me as if I just bought the game or something and is asking for my registration code. Thankfully I hadn't deleted the email with my code, but when I put the code in it says "The entered code has already been registered." Well no shit! I'm the one who registered it. I pre-ordered the game (PC) through Amazon and originally registered the code with no issues other than crowded servers. Any ideas on why it's asking me to reregister and how I can get back to the game?

    I'm having this same problem :/ I submitted an email ticket to SE since the support phoneline has a more than 3 hour wait time on average right now...

    Same problem. Bought the game for early access, now unable to login due to invalid registration code(probably since I already used it!)

    G me too, i bought pre order, and now the launcher is asking me for the serial, and guess what, when i introduce the serial, says its already in use whata hell

    Is my issue the same of completely different?



    When I start up Final Fantasy it says

    "Welcome to Final Fantasy XIV!

    The following steps are required in order to begin playing Final Fantasy XIV. Please follow the onscreen instructions to complete the required procedures.

    Set up a Square Enix account.
    Link your Sony Entertainment Network Account.
    Confirm Purchase information."

    I have done all these things in the past but, I hit continue anyways as I am given no other options. It proceeds to a screen that has a link reading "I currently possess a Square Enix account." and no other links. I click on the link and a screen to input my information pops up. After I input my information it tells me either that their has been suspicious activity on my account and that I need to reset my password (which I have done twice now), or I get a message saying "No valid service account available to play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. In order to play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, you must first purchase the digital download from the PlayStationStore or register a product code. *Please restart the client for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn." But I have already bought the game, and I have already registered my product, and I have already started creating characters and playing as such characters.

    Anyone else experience this? If so what have you done or what has Square Enix told you regarding the issue?

    Hey everybody! I did a little more sleuthing and managed to solve the problem.
    First, I went to the Square Enix support page here.
    Second, I clicked on the link for FF XIV ARR, which took me here.
    Third, in the search field I typed in registration code, which brought me here.
    Then, out of curiosity, I clicked the link that said "When does Early Access end?" That brought up this page, which not only answered my question, but solved this problem. You can see that page here, and follow it's instructions to register the actual game. I hope that helps everybody.

    Holy shit, I forgot to tell y'all how I found the actual code. I went back to Amazon, went to My Games, and under ARR there was a button to view the product key. Click that and it will show you a different code than the one you used for Early Access. That's how it worked on Amazon. I don't know about other services.
