    Just because a data server is in japan, doesnt mean it has to be a japanese server

    Lets all join together and take over a japan server, and make it an NA/EU server. Who wants to pick? Since aparently the Japan servers are working the best as of late.

    Make sure your ping time is good at the very least. SE picked JP, NA, EU for better server response time to nearby region.

    Japanese servers are also congested. I see a ton of Japanese blog posts in the lodestone that are full of the same complaints of "Couldn't log in again tonight." The benefit would be that you would be playing at their non-peak time so it'd be possibly easier to get in.

    US ping to a Japanese server would be AWFUL unless you are living in Hawaii.
