I've had a ticket with them open since the 25th (early access) and I still haven't gotten a response other than "we got your ticket".

It took me over 7 days for a reply and you know what their answer was, sorry because of all the Early Access problems they had to close my ticket. So good luck to you, I doubt you will get any real helpful answers from them.
