Story quest bug

I was on the story quest for the part where you go and get the 3 bodies and fight the 2 Amal'jaa and then go back and turn it in. I turned in the quest and it said quest complete and then I got stuck. I couldn't move, couldn't use Return or Teleport, couldn't even use Log Out. My abilities didn't come back and I couldn't move the camera very much. It was like I was stuck not having chose my reward and finished the quest. I had to use alt+f4. Which, incidentally, I now cannot access my server anymore.
