what is up with the server problems

this is getting very very annoying almost everytime i go to log in i find something different that is ***ked up that i have to go fix myself. like during the beta weeks i couldn't download the game via the launcher i had to go to a 3rd party source to get the game client then after i get everything fixed and working I had to reinstall and got a new error so i had to go back to the 3rd party to download the game(this apparently happend to a lot of people). Whenever they release a new patch you also have to go through and edit the files to go back to being read only(i'm not sure but i think this would be a pretty easy fix for them).
On top of all this they also sent me a ps3 code when i ordered a PC copy and charged my bank account 2 different times i had to fight them for a refund.
and now
It's one of my first days off so i wake up looking forward to grinding out some levels again only to be greeted by the awesome error 1017 boss, then i'm going through trying to beat it when i finally get into queue time goes by and i get in game then instant disconnect(error 20102) this happens 2 times in a row. Then i proceed to keep trying to get into the game and get unable to retrieve world list for NA/EU servers (but the JP servers are still online and available I have only seen them go down 1 time and they were back within 1min)...

i heard from a friend that they had a 5000 player cap per server CMON SE did you honestly think that your game would do that shitty, the only thing that would make it do that bad is the horrible service that we are getting on NA/EU servers.

hopefully you reimburse of for our time that we can't play because this is eating into the time that we paid for already.

SE should also implement a queue system so we don't all have to just re click to get back i would like so much more to find out that i am person #7987897956 in queue instead of having to spam the A button on my gamepad. Also add in a force logout if afk for extended periods of time during this first week i managed to get in and stayed logged in for 4 days.
