Can't even get a refund, since I bought from GMG, and their policy is that they can't refund MMO Titles. Lame.
Back to LoL, and maybe up for Everquest Next, when that beautiful gem is out.
Small claims court brah. Want to have some fun, take them to small claims. Don't know how much it will cost in your jurisdiction but it's the principle, not the 30.

You know that we have to agree to a Eula or something that they can do pretty much whatever they want. But then again sometimes they cant get away with it. They made their money when you bought the game and don't give a damn about you. Take for instance the different accounts thing. TONS OF PS3 peeps had to register a new account, as there was NO OPTION to make the one you had in beta. Now SE will just sit back and rake in the cash and say, "well they could have played but did not log into their active account" knowing full well we wanted to play our beta characters. So they blame us for mental mistakes and blah blah.
This is misleading and terrible. I hope someone brings a class action lawsuit where I can sign up.

Sorry this is technical support, not billing support
ლ(ಠ益ಠლ) Y U NO USE BILLING SUPPORT?!
Therefore you may NOT have a refund. Have a nice day. I know I will *sips coffee and logs in*

It's been 5 days still waiting to play![]()

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling it ? If it didn't work, try installing the game under a different user account on your PC. If that doesn't work, and you have a spare partition try installing a fresh windows on it and installing the game after. Basically im sure theres an install condition you could find to have it working. If theres no error message, the image seems to be missing the web content, maybe its a firewall issue ? Did you disable your A/V before installing it ? Tried running the installer as "Run as Administrator" ? Could be that there is software interfering when you're installing it, that's why its worth installing it under a different user account with maybe AV/FW disabled.

I've tried everything: Disabled both my AVG and windows firewall, Turned my AVG internet security off, reinstalled it several times since launch day, then I tried running it in compatibility mode and it worked everything showed up started to install the game and then lost connection to my internet( which is very common cause our ISP sucks in our town) then I restarted my computer and then it started being blank again so I run it in compatibility mode again and this time it didn't work.Tried uninstalling/reinstalling it ? All in all I just want to play the game, it was worth my 49$ but it just refuses to let me install. :'(

I do believe that we should give SE a chance to fix issues but then on the other side why on earth was the server stress test so short? Why was phase 3 or 4 so short? The problems in phase 4 wasn't solved a week later which indicates that they needed more time to test it.
SE should have learned something from other MMO launches and tried to avoid all those problems that the game has had since early access.
