Botters are usually AFK'ers.

There is. It's something like, Escape-> Support Desk ->Report Cheating

The archer/mage set up was what someone was describing last night in zone chat.. I never came across them but people were freaking out with no way to report it happening.

I haven't tried it, but it says they help with RMT and "Activities that affect game balance"
