And I can't really post this in Technical Support, because it doesn't have to do with the game itself.

I'm currently Deployed to Southwest Asia, my Home is Oklahoma city, OK in the US.
I'm trying to add crysta to my account.
every time I try to use a credit/debit card it gives me error 401
every time I try to register a new payment method error 601
I tried to register with ultimate pay, but when I click the link in the e-mail it sends me to the website where it says "System error, Please try again"
I tried to buy an ultimate game card however it requires Authentication through a mobile phone number which is turned off because I'm depoyed.

I don't know what to do, I seriously, I just I've tried sending e-mails to both ultimate pay and to square-enix and nothing.

I just want to play.

Setup a VPN back to your home country.... Use that to complete billing.
The systems most likely freeking out because your making payments far removed from where your card says your from. And just handling it badly rather than making the problem clear. I have similar issues as I internet via satelitte uplink that relays against multiple ground stations that can make me appear to be connecting from a different country every few hours or so.

I know how you feel you on the same server as me also and your from Oklahoma 2 what i had to do is have a family member login at home and register information for me since im currently in tokyo
