[PS3] Wrong keys for displayed for keyboard.

First, I posted this bug on previous beta forum but it got deleted and the problem still persists so I decided to make a new thread on a new forum with new information on bug... Not sure whether I should explain the bug first or post the template first so I would go with explanation first... And I think that most of the Template's options will be useless but will fill it anyway...

The bug is the game appears to understand keys on the keyboard I connected to my PS3 wrongly. When I type something in chat box using this keyboard, the letters displayed on screen are some strange symbols (æ, ä, ï, è, look at screenshot) instead of normal letters (w, a, b, c). And its not only me seeing them like that. When I sent them to my friend he saw the symbols instead of letters too. When I checked Keybind settings, it displayed them there as well. But when I tried typing with keyboard in an gray PSN keyboard window that opens when I press triangle in chat box the letters are correctly recognized. So basically its still possible to type using the keyboard but in order to do that I would have to first open chat box, press triangle, wait for window to appear, and only then type... And while typing I can't control my character too so I can't even fish and type at the same time...

Time: during beta phase 3, open beta and early access (can't try in full release yet since I'm still waiting for my copy to arrive...)

Steps:

1. I plugged in my usb keyboard to the console while I was in game.
2. I started clicking a few keys to see if it works and it indeed started typing something in the chat box. That something is these symbols.
3. I tried plugging it out and plugging back in. Didn't work.
4. I tried pressing random combinations of letters like Ctrl+Shift, Alt+Shift trying to see if it changes language to normal english. Didn't work.
5. I tried pressing triangle while in chat box to bring out the on-screen keyboard and typing while it is on. That way letters were recognized correctly. I tried typing afterwards without on-screen keyboard again and it was still displaying symbols.
5. I tried exiting the game and starting it again 1 with keyboard still plugged in. Didn't work.
6. I tried restarting the console. Didn't work.
7. I tried turning off Direct Chat. Didn't work.
8. I tried using keyboard to control character and it worked.
9. I checked Keybind settings and saw that keyboard's buttons were displayed as these symbols even there.
10. I tried sending these symbols to my friend and confirmed he sees them that way too.
11. I tried changing language of the console. Didn't work.

Hmmmm.. I think that's pretty much it... I also think that it is probably because the keyboard is russian since the ".", ",", "?", ":" and other symbols correspond to where they are in russian locale on the keyboard.

I would be really happy if you tell me how to fix this or fix it so that I don't have to buy a new keyboard to chat normally. Will add more screenshots when I get my copy of the game if issue still not resolved before then...
