i put in tickets since yesterday with out an auto replay saying they are working on it. everyone here that i see are players wanting support but i have not seen 1 rep trying to work with us to get this cleared up... not even an update post on the F*CKED UP launch of FFXIV. should have stayed in BETA Phase3, at least i know it work then.... their phone service sucks, 1 line always busy... their chat for rep is over 2 hrs long when it says 12 mins quire 5... i was at school from 10 -2 logged in once i got there and open chat... i can tell you i left school with out even talking to someone and still had 8 mins quire 3 when i 1st log in i was 31 with 12min...

so i am getting this error "no valid service account is available to play FFXIV: ARR.
in order to play FFXIV: ARR, you must first purchase the digital download from the playstation store or register a product code." i have tried putting in the code and get this error in the PSN store / redeem code
"the code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid. please check your entries"
i have tried 4 times entering it and questioning some characters of the code. this is the issue i had and had to chat with Square Enix. Sqaure Enix told me that i need to contact PSN because they give out codes. so i called PSN, PSN said they do not support 3rd party games and had to contact Square Enix for new code and took me 4 hrs to get a new code from Square Enix yesterday that worked yesterday and now, today i can not even log in to play. this is my 2nd time getting it. i pre order the game over 2 month in advance and when i finally got it. it gave me this error... so i entered the code and the code was a bad code.
