Armor in 1.0 was also considerably more dynamic. It was actually designed graphically to fit your body and what you had equipped. Gauntlets would bunch up sleeves and belts would have the same effect for certain body pieces I believe. That's partially why they removed belts for 2.0. Too much system memory was being dedicated to each and every different combination of armor on top of each one for each race/gender being different as well. It also gave them a bit more freedom to design things like the Acolyte and Foestriker armor sets.

Not saying I don't miss the old way armor was displayed (I particularly miss my Cobalt Plate Belt), but unfortunately I don't they're going to go back on this one.

We might get a body reshape but all things considered I kind of doubt it.

Actually ^^ your wrong I do realize my character is wearing a belt, just another thing that adds to the problem here.

I will also quote myself from a previous post.

    or
Toggle off and belt appears 2.0 style, (On random gear according to what gear your wearing)

I really miss being able to see the belts I actually have equipped.

The thing is visual differences like these can make not a complete game breaking experience but a less enjoyable experience.

I also agree that there should still be an option to turn gear physics off and on, the same kind of pro gear physics we had in 1.0. People with low end PC's should have an option to toggle these options off but I don't see why people with high end PC's should miss out if there PC's can handle it.

I know I know, someone is going to say PS3 limitations.....
Perhaps if they could do what I suggested with the belts it could help hide part of the problem here.

Just like you trying to draw attention to how they somehow screwed up a piece of armor in 2.0, when it never changed. No mention about belts! Just the tail not being where it never was and this big gap! Just "Lookie lookie! SE screwed up something else!".

It's like it just hit you that everything looks off because of the lack of belts and now are trying to backpedal. Otherwise you never would've made that image. If you are complaining about the lack of change, get it right in the first place.

It's actually a combination of the body change + lack of belt.

-Hopefully the DX11 Client Corrects the loss of shape (There is a change in body shape, body mass).
-Reapplying a setting to display equipped belts Legacy style, would fix the rather large appearance of missing space.
-The default body dose not match the new optional settings for the upper body, there should be an optional choice that matches a busty character.

It's like you want to stop the correction of the visually unappealing faults we now have in 2.0.

While I am still suggesting solutions to correct the empty space and the uneven body shape on busty characters your still engorging it as a fault and meaninglessly defending clear issues.

That's not my doing and is likely to keep the problems ignored. Something to note is we already had breast size in 1.0, it's not actually anything new. It used to be tied to faces.

Why are you so angry... I don't see a reason to argue with what he is suggesting.
I for one agree with him, there is a lot of weird open space in a lot of clothes, I wouldn't mind if the clothing actually moved, but most clothes just stands there very stiff and leaves giant gaps. I wouldn't mind if the clothing was a bit more.. tailored (not sure if tailored is a good word) to the characters body shape.

I think it's fairly obvious I'm not happy about the flat, lack of shape in the lower region of our 2.0 characters (Which btw was defiantly larger in 1.0) and this missing space also sucks.

Both are problems that need to be resolved.

.There dose need to be at least one more option for the lower body thats more full better matching to busty characters.
-I will add to this point that characters did have breast options attached to characters faces but I'm pretty sure they could not become as large as they can now. Also the difference in the shape of the character model caused by lack of polly's has increased the noticeable difference in the lower section.

.The missing space from some equipment not having belts appearing looks terrible further increasing the noticeable difference in size.
-An option to appear equipped belts similar to 1.0 would be nice to have in graphics settings, or the equipment with no belts should have a belt attached to them accordingly.

I don't really care whats done to resolve these issues, just that something be done about it rather than nothing at all.

The devs were very clear when they removed the belts that they won't be re-adding them.
