I like my character's booty, in fact, I'm FINALLY playing a game where my character has my 'abnormal' and 'unappealing' body type!
What's next booty jiggle physics? You can achieve all that and more if you go outside.
I'd like to look at something beautiful when I'm playing a game too, though.
and i would twerk five hundred miles and i would twerk five hundred more
to see this thread twerk right out the door
Don't add a butt-slider. Lmao. That's just too much. Though it would be pretty damn funny to see.
You know what they COULD do, is add a system much similar to GW2, and just add body TYPES. Not sliders. Then at least you could choose if you want a super model figure, or a heavier build, or whatever suits your fancy.
Having a bust size slider is already too much.

I would really like the option for multiple body types, yes please.Don't add a butt-slider. Lmao. That's just too much. Though it would be pretty damn funny to see.

Did you know that you could say that most of that % you claim doesn't have an opinion on this mostly log on and read just about any forum without posting. Can it not be reliably interpreted then, that if 99% of the game playing and beta testing population didn't feel this was enough of an problem to be bothered to log onto the forums and make their own thread or contribute to an existing thread that it really isn't a problem?
I would say that the majority of people are talking about server issues right now wouldn't you?
Personally I don't see the point in continuing to comment on it, when I know that the server problem is already being addressed.
Most forums I see have more views than posts or likes in just about any situation.
Most people have accepted there won't be a but slider and have given up on it, this doesn't mean it may not still be bothering them, just that they have already been told it's working as intended.
Yet I believe there are other options that could be considered reasonable solutions that have not even been considered or talked about in the past.
These new ideas could be just enough to meet us half way on something rather than ditching a solution completely.
Yes a slider has been rejected because it may be too much for SE to achieve or too much work but there may be a way around this that requires much less work/resources and still gives people more options for body shape.

Okay I know we like them big round and juicy but lets not get our anacondas twisted.
We've already established that there are more polygons on the upper torso than the lower part of the body. Polygon count has to be high for the torso and head. The dairy rears don't look all that bad. The hips are proportionate with the shoulders. But who are we to say what characters should or shouldn't look like. For all we know the characters lay eggs and don't need hips for child baring.
I rather SE worry about the next content they plan to add than trying to please players for their short comings. SE has done a great job with a game that was once view as damaging the brand. Between 1.0 and ARR we were giving the opportunity to express our thought on their game to make it better. But that doesn't give us the right to demand for everything.
I think both butts are fine :3
No, it can't. Are you serious? Do you need to see hundreds of thousands of players congregate on the forums to agree about one thing before it gets changed? That's idiotic and futile, nothing would ever get done. It can be said that the forums are a reliable sample of the game population as a whole, this is basic statistics. Arbitrarily claiming that the population sample isn't reliable because they "didn't feel this was enough of a problem to contribute" is a fallacy; just like 99% of the population didn't post on the forums to affirm that body shape is just right. Therefore, 138 likes and 20 pages of posts is a proportionally large amount of people who agree with the OP; alternatively, I don't see any counter thread to the OP post with nearly as many likes or posts (by the way, this is also a fallacy, but if you intend to use this type of flawed argument structure, then I will as well). I'm confused as to why you seem so against more character creation options anyway. Can it not be reliably interpreted then, that if 99% of the game playing and beta testing population didn't feel this was enough of an problem to be bothered to log onto the forums and make their own thread or contribute to an existing thread that it really isn't a problem?
Besides, on the beta forums, the butt slider suggestion thread had thousands of likes and 60 (?) pages of posts. This was from a smaller population size as well, making the amount of likes proportionally larger. Now imagine, just for a second, that there was some other big event going on in the general discussion forums that might possibly detract from the attention of this thread. Can you think of any?
Well, why would someone create a thread when they are happy with the status quo?No, it can't. Are you serious? And it was 700 likes which puts it behind a lot of other requests which should get dealt with first, no?
That big event is driving people to the forums, if this is how likes the thread gets with so many people flocking to the forums, surely that is a further example of how marginal the issue is.
The OP said he got 200 likes in 1 day on the beta forums, which you say had a lower population. Can we then also say that since he got just over a hundred in 4 days that support has dwindled for this topic also?
