I want them attractive. To be honest, the explanation the Devs stated for the model changes seems quite "hollow". They should not have a PC client bottlenecked by the capabilities of the PS3. Especially with the PS4 coming out.

The PS4 should be the game changer. Two separate clients should be available. PS3 and a PS4/PC version. They can keep the crappy models and lack of graphical goodies in the PS3 client and allow the PS4/PC clients have all the nice bells and whistles. Including the smoother, more shapely models. (Male and Female included)
Ive been thinking about the same. I just remember (perhaps wrongly) that they said PS3 and PC used different clients. Which means that it should be very easy to make a change to one of them without affecting the other (nullifying the repeated 'ps3 limitations' explanation used for... everything), unless of course theyre just being lazy with the updates and using the exact same base files for both.

They could also take care of the 'no /visor for hoods' thing decently easily. Make an item that equips to multiple slots produce a 'fake' item that actually equips to that location (So Cowls would create a stat-less Hood item). Cut apart the current model, and use part of it as the model for the fake item that is created by the dual-slot item. This would allow the game to see an item in that location, and have it be usable accordingly. They would also have to either make it so that unequipping the fake item unequips both, or make it so the fake item is locked, and can only be removed by taking off the item that actually exists.
