Because the female Miquo'te has been changed so severely, re adjust the tilt of the pelvis so the back is straight "Not on an odd angle" could be enough to make the Female Miquo’te model look normal again.
The odd angle and forward tilt causes the concave look, perhaps this would also be enough to make the rear look less tiny as well because it wouldn't be weirdly tilted so far forward

I'm not sure if you're quite describing it right. Technically "forward tilt" is what's needed (top of the pelvis tilted forward, this is what allows for proper positioning/angle of the birth canal). Currently, the bottom of the pelvis is pushed forward too far and needs to be shifted back, which make the rear look a little bigger and create a proper curvature in the front lower body area.
