I think noone can deny this is a good looking game with a coherent art style. This is a petty nitpick. I'm glad the developers focused on the most important part of the overhaul, the gameplay.

You can moan about 2.0 ass all day but id take a game starring a hotdog sausage with 2.0's gameplay than a game starring a giant ass with 1.0 gameplay.

Your comment means nothing when you could have the best of both worlds.
FFXIV ARR could have good elements from 1.0, objecting to those good elements as an improvement to ARR only holds it back.
