Only SE knows all the right answers because they put the game together and there the only people who know how there game functions not you or me or anyone else that didn't make or create the models and how gear works on those models.

Only SE knows how to go about adding a new body shape and how that choice would effect the game, leave it up to them to decide if it's a bad idea or not and leave it up to popularity to decide weather or not people want it.

Having at least two options per character for body shape would be an improvement.
